Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Chic Laddies! We strive to ensure your complete
satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with
your order, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. An unboxing video is required.
  • Exclusions: Custom or personalized items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  • Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team via email at chicladdies@gmail.com or through our Instagram DM @chicladdies to initiate your return.
  • Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  • Shopping: Pack the item securely and include the RAN. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for inspection and processing.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Notification: You will receive an email/Msg confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

  • Process: To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Conditions: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We recommend contacting us to confirm availability before sending your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us immediately at chicladdies@gmail.com or via Instagram DM @chicladdies. An unboxing video is required.
  • Resolution: We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or full refund
